Privacy Policy

Duly helps you keep track of return windows and warranties for things you buy. Duly is developed and published by IzzaDev ("we"). This policy describes the data the app uses. In short: Duly has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking, and your receipts stay with you.

Receipts and purchase details

The purchases you save (item names, stores, prices, dates, return windows, warranties, notes and receipt photos) and your app settings are stored on your device. Duly does not operate accounts or upload this content to its own servers.

If you are signed in to iCloud, your purchases are stored in your own private iCloud database through Apple's iCloud service so they back up and appear on your other devices. We cannot access that data.

Camera, photos and receipt reading

The camera is used only when you choose to scan a receipt. If you pick a photo instead, Duly only receives the photos you select. Receipt text is read on your device using Apple's Vision framework and, on supported devices, Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Receipt images and text are not sent to us or to any third-party service.

Reminders, widget and Siri

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The Home Screen widget and Siri shortcuts read a short summary of upcoming deadlines that is stored on your device. None of this is sent to us.

Purchases

If you use Duly Pro, purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier so it can verify and restore your Pro access. It does not receive your receipts or purchase details from Duly. Duly never receives your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy for their practices.

Sharing and export

When you export to CSV or share a receipt image, Duly passes that file to the system share sheet. The app or person you share with controls the data after that.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any purchase in the app. Deleting a purchase while signed in to iCloud also removes it from your iCloud. To remove all iCloud data, open the Settings app → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Duly. Deleting Duly removes its local data, subject to your device backups. Purchase history remains with Apple and RevenueCat as needed to restore purchases.

Children

Duly does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
