HavaRestore a purchase
Open Hava → Me → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Cancel or change your subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hava Plus.
My prediction looks wrong
Predictions improve as you log periods. You can edit past days in Calendar, and adjust your usual cycle and period length in Me.
Reminders aren’t arriving
Make sure reminders are on in Hava → Me, and that notifications for Hava are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications.
Moving to a new iPhone
Turn on iCloud Sync in Hava → Me on your old iPhone. On the new one, install Hava and tap “Restore from iCloud” on the welcome screen.
Change the language
Hava follows your iPhone’s language. Go to Settings → Apps → Hava → Language to choose English or Spanish.
